Job Summary

Oversee front desk operations, supervise front desk staff, ensure exceptional guest service standards, and support hotel administration. Lead by example, provide front desk shift coverage as needed, create and manage front desk schedules, assist with recruiting, training, and coaching, monitor guest satisfaction scores, and report month-end data to the home office. Maintain brand standards and a positive team culture while ensuring operational excellence with a hands-on approach; weekend availability is required and the role includes coordinating staffing in response to call-outs and business demands.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous hotel front desk or hospitality experience required
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong computer proficiency and administrative skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
