Job Summary
A Guest Services Supervisor at Altitude is responsible for monitoring the overall park atmosphere and ensuring adherence to Altitude Culture. This role involves recruiting and scheduling staff, coaching and developing employees, managing budget expectations, and maintaining guest service standards. The supervisor also fosters community relationships, supports sales and marketing initiatives, and ensures the safety of all park guests. Candidates should have supervisory experience, strong organizational skills, and a professional attitude.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of supervisory or management experience
