Job Summary
Lead and support the front desk team while keeping the front-of-house clean, organized, and guest-ready. Oversee lanes, arcade, and attractions throughout the day, help schedule staff, and cover events. Train and coach front desk staff and porters, answer guest questions in person and over the phone, and jump in to solve problems. Operate the POS system, handle transactions, make announcements, and promote specials. Complete opening and closing duties, watch for safety issues, respond to incidents, and complete reports. Assist with equipment checks, supplies, and vending to keep operations moving. Requires a high school diploma, two years of guest service experience, and one to two years of supervisory experience. Starting pay is $17-19/hr.
