Job Summary
Lead and support the front desk team at a lively venue, ensuring a clean, organized, and guest-ready environment. Oversee lanes, arcade, and attractions, schedule staff, and help with events. Train and coach front desk staff, answer guest queries, resolve issues, operate the POS system, and manage transactions. Monitor safety, complete opening and closing duties, and facilitate equipment checks and supplies. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, two years of guest service experience, strong communication skills, and thrive in a high-energy setting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of guest service experience
- One to two years of supervisory or lead experience in a Food and Beverage setting
- Strong communication skills
- Confidence
- Organization skills
- Ability to thrive in a busy, loud, high-energy environment
Desired Qualifications
- ServSafe certification is a plus
