Job Summary
Guest Service Supervisor with part-time seasonal flexibility leads staff to execute store policies and guest-service programs, supervise cash handling and POS operations, ensure product availability and housekeeping, coach employees, and address guest inquiries while maintaining safety and security standards. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays; must be able to move about the store and lift up to 25 lbs; compensation $18.00-$21.66 per hour depending on experience and location; benefits include health, dental, vision, 401k, tuition reimbursement after 6 months, and professional development opportunities.
