Job Summary
Seasonal Flex Guest Service Supervisor responsible for supervising staff, coaching employees, greeting guests, and ensuring execution of store policies. Duties include overseeing cash processes and POS operations, maintaining cleanliness, replenishing inventory, handling guest inquiries and complaints, and coordinating with vendors. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, must be at least 18, reliable transportation, ability to lift up to 25 lbs, and availability for flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Located in Massachusetts (Ludlow) with in-store responsibilities; supervision and in-store operations experience preferred.
