Job Summary
Guest Service Supervisor leading store staff to execute management-directed duties, coaching employees, greeting guests to ensure a positive shopping experience, and handling cash processes and POS transactions. Supervises daily operations, safety/quality standards, housekeeping, vendor check-ins, and 24/7 guest service programs; must be available for flexible hours and capable of physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lbs. Interviews may be conducted virtually or in person depending on role, with a High School Diploma required and 18+ eligibility. Seasonal, part-time role with competitive pay and benefits.
Required Qualifications
