Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising staff, organizing work processes, providing customer service, ensuring safety and quality standards, and managing cash processes at the store.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for position
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift
- High School Diploma or equivalent
