Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) is responsible for supervising staff and organizing work processes to meet store objectives. Key responsibilities include coaching employees, ensuring adherence to safety and operational policies, managing cash processes, and maintaining store cleanliness. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18 years old, and be able to lift up to 25 lbs. Flexibility to work varying hours, including nights and weekends, is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for position
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift
- Must have reliable transportation
