Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) is responsible for supervising employees to ensure adherence to job duties set by management, coaching staff, greeting guests, and creating an enjoyable shopping experience. Key responsibilities include managing cash processes, executing guest service programs, maintaining store cleanliness, and addressing customer inquiries. Candidates should be organized, efficient, and flexible with work hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift
- Reliable transportation
- High School Diploma or equivalent
