Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) oversees staff to ensure efficient store operations and supervises employees in their roles. The GSS greets guests, maintains a pleasant shopping experience, and enforces compliance with established safety and operational policies. Responsibilities include managing cash processes, maintaining store cleanliness, executing guest service programs, and addressing guest inquiries and complaints. This position requires flexible working hours, efficient organizational skills, and physical capabilities such as lifting and navigating various store environments.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs during a shift
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be efficient and organized
