Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) is responsible for supervising staff, ensuring adherence to store operations policies, and providing excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include coaching employees, managing cash processes, overseeing store housekeeping, and maintaining 24/7 execution of guest service programs. The ideal candidate should be organized, efficient, and available to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with the ability to lift and manage store activities physically.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs.
Additional Requirements
- Must be available to work flexible hours that may include day, nights, weekends and or holidays
- Must have reliable transportation
