Job Summary
As a Guest Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring all job duties are performed, and providing excellent customer experiences. Key responsibilities include coaching employees, adhering to safety and operational policies, managing cash processes, and addressing guest inquiries. Candidates must possess strong organizational skills, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and meet physical requirements including lifting up to 25 lbs. Must be flexible with hours and have reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to access all areas of the store
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs.
Additional Requirements
- Must be available to work flexible hours that may include day, nights, weekends and or holidays
- Must have reliable transportation
