Job Summary
As a Guest Service Supervisor, you will supervise staff to ensure the accomplishment of store objectives, provide constructive feedback, and enhance the guest shopping experience. Responsibilities include adhering to safety and store operation policies, managing cash processes, ensuring cleaning and housekeeping functions are completed, and addressing guest inquiries and complaints. Candidates must be organized, flexible to work varying hours, and capable of physical tasks. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must have reliable transportation
