Job Summary
Supervise employees ensuring performance of job duties, coaching with constructive feedback. Greet guests and ensure an enjoyable shopping experience. Adhere to safety, security, quality, and operational policies. Manage cash processes, perform store housekeeping, and address guest inquiries and complaints. Responsible for replenishing products and executing guest service programs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift
- Must have reliable transportation
