Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) oversees staff, organizes work processes, and ensures exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include supervising and coaching employees, adhering to safety and security policies, maintaining cash processes, ensuring store cleanliness, and addressing guest inquiries. Applicants must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18, and have the physical ability to perform store tasks. Flexible availability for various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, and lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift
- Must have reliable transportation
