Job Summary
Supervise employees to ensure performance and adherence to management directives. Provide coaching through constructive feedback, greet guests, and enhance shopping experiences. Ensure compliance with safety and store operations standards while managing cash processes. Responsibilities also include store cleanliness and addressing guest inquiries and complaints. Must be flexible for various shifts and demonstrate organizational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to access all areas of the store
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, twisting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing and lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation
