Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising staff, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards, and providing exceptional customer service. This role involves coaching employees, monitoring work processes, addressing guest inquiries and complaints, and managing cash processes including deposits and point of sale operations. Candidates are expected to be organized, efficient, and able to perform physical tasks as required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to access all areas of the store
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs
- Must have reliable transportation
