Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) is responsible for supervising staff, organizing work processes, and ensuring that employees perform job duties effectively. Key responsibilities include coaching employees, greeting guests, ensuring compliance with store policies, handling cash processes, and addressing guest inquiries. The role requires the ability to maintain store cleanliness and execute guest service programs. Candidates must be organized, efficient, and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. This position demands flexibility in working hours and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must have reliable transportation
