Job Summary
Supervise employees to ensure job duties are performed as per management's guidelines. Provide coaching and constructive feedback to staff, greet guests for an enjoyable shopping experience, and maintain safety and quality standards. Oversee daily operations at the point of sale, manage cash processes, and ensure store cleanliness. Address guest inquiries and manage vendor check-ins while keeping the store stocked and organized. Flexible scheduling is required, and the role involves physical activity and access to various store areas.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs.
