Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) oversees staff to accomplish store objectives and ensures an enjoyable shopping experience for guests. Key responsibilities include supervising employees, coaching through feedback, adhering to safety and operational policies, managing cash processes, maintaining cleanliness, and addressing guest inquiries and complaints. The role requires flexibility to work various hours, including nights and weekends, and physical abilities such as lifting up to 25 lbs. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
