Job Summary
Supervise employees to ensure compliance with job duties, provide coaching and feedback, and ensure an enjoyable shopping experience for guests. Responsible for adhering to safety and operational standards, managing cash processes, and maintaining store housekeeping. Engage with guests to address inquiries and ensure the execution of guest service programs. Access all areas of the store and handle physical tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for position
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift
- Must be efficient and organized
