Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) is accountable for supervising employees and ensuring they perform their job duties as directed by management. Key responsibilities include coaching employees, greeting guests, and maintaining the store's cleanliness and operations. This position requires adherence to safety and operational policies, effective handling of cash processes, and a focus on customer service. Candidates must be flexible with their availability, well-organized, and possess a High School diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to access all areas of the store
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs during a shift
- Must have reliable transportation
