Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) supervises staff and monitors work processes to meet store objectives. Responsibilities include navigating store operations, coaching employees, providing customer service, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Applicants must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, be at least 18 years old, and demonstrate physical capability for the role. Reliability and flexibility in scheduling are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift
- Must have reliable transportation
