Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising staff and ensuring they fulfill job duties as set by management. Key responsibilities include coaching employees, overseeing cash processes, addressing guest inquiries and complaints, and executing store operations policies. Candidates must be organized, able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays, and capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting and cleaning. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be efficient and organized
