Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising employees, ensuring adherence to safety and operational guidelines, and providing an exceptional shopping experience for guests. This role requires the supervision of staff performance, coaching employees, and executing store housekeeping functions. Responsibilities include operating the point of sale system, managing cash processes, ensuring product replenishment, addressing guest inquiries and complaints, and managing vendor check-ins. Flexibility to work various hours, including nights and weekends, is required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift
- Must be efficient and organized
