Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising staff and ensuring store objectives are met by coaching employees and providing an enjoyable shopping experience for customers. Key responsibilities include monitoring work processes, adhering to safety and operational policies, managing cash processes, and ensuring proper store housekeeping. Must be flexible with work hours, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs during a shift
- Must have reliable transportation
