Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising staff, ensuring adherence to company policies, and providing an exceptional shopping experience for guests. Responsibilities include coaching employees, managing cash processes, overseeing store cleanliness, addressing guest inquiries, and ensuring the execution of guest service programs. Candidates must be organized, flexible with their working hours, and able to conduct physical duties required in the store environment. A High School diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift
- Must have reliable transportation
