Job Summary
Supervise employees, ensuring compliance with management directives and policies. Provide coaching and constructive feedback to staff. Greet and assist guests for an enjoyable shopping experience. Maintain operational standards including safety, security, and store cleanliness. Oversee cash handling processes and ensure product replenishment. Address guest inquiries and complaints while managing vendor check-ins. Flexible availability required, including day, night, and weekend shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs.
