Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising employees and ensuring they perform their duties according to management's expectations. This role involves coaching staff, greeting guests, and providing an enjoyable shopping experience. The Supervisor must adhere to safety and operational policies, manage cash processes, and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the store. Flexibility in hours is required and candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for position
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift
- Must have reliable transportation

- Must be available to work flexible hours that may include day, nights, weekends and or holidays
