Job Summary
Supervise staff to ensure performance of job duties as directed by management. Provide coaching and constructive feedback to employees. Greet guests and create an enjoyable shopping experience, while adhering to safety, security, and store policies. Manage cash processes, maintain proper cash levels, and ensure store housekeeping functions are completed. Execute guest service programs and address inquiries and complaints. Must be available to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must have reliable transportation
