Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor supervises staff to ensure adherence to management directives and provides excellent customer service. Responsibilities include coaching employees, ensuring store housekeeping, overseeing cash processes and guest interactions, maintaining product availability, and complying with safety and operational standards. Qualifications include being at least 18 years old, possessing a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to perform physical tasks. Flexibility in work hours is required, along with reliable transportation.
