Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising store staff, ensuring performance meets management standards, and providing an excellent shopping experience for guests. Responsibilities include coaching employees, executing safety and operational policies, managing cash processes, addressing guest inquiries, and maintaining store housekeeping. Candidates must be organized, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store
