Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) supervises store staff, ensuring adherence to management directives and policies while providing an excellent shopping experience for guests. Key responsibilities include coaching employees, managing cash processes, ensuring store cleanliness, and addressing guest inquiries. Required qualifications include being at least 18 years old, the ability to lift up to 25 lbs., and having reliable transportation. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

- Ability to access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs.
