Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) at Global Partners is responsible for supervising staff and organizing work processes to meet store objectives. Key responsibilities include coaching employees, ensuring compliance with safety and operational policies, managing cash processes, addressing guest inquiries and complaints, and overseeing store housekeeping. Candidates must be organized, efficient, and possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with reliable transportation and the physical ability to perform job duties. Flexible work hours are required, and applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
Required Qualifications

- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs.
