Job Summary
As a Guest Service Supervisor (GSS), you will supervise employees to ensure compliance with job responsibilities set by management and provide exceptional guest service by greeting guests and addressing inquiries. Responsibilities include coaching staff, maintaining store operations and cleanliness, handling cash processes, and ensuring the execution of guest service programs. Applicants must be able to work flexible hours and perform physical tasks like lifting and cleaning. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to supervise employees
- Capability to provide guest service
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb
- High School Diploma or equivalent
