Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising staff, ensuring adherence to management directives, and creating a welcoming shopping experience for guests. Responsibilities include coaching employees, executing safety and store operation policies, managing point of sale operations, overseeing cash management, maintaining store cleanliness, and addressing guest inquiries and complaints. The role requires strong organizational skills, flexibility in scheduling, and the ability to perform physical tasks. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift
- Reliable transportation
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Additional Requirements
- Must be available to work flexible hours that may include day, nights, weekends and/or holidays
