Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) is responsible for supervising staff, ensuring adherence to safety and operational policies, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining an enjoyable shopping experience for guests. Key responsibilities include supervising employees, greeting guests, operating point of sale, managing cash processes, completing store housekeeping functions, and handling guest inquiries and complaints. Applicants should be efficient, organized, and available for flexible hours, which may include day, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift
- Must have reliable transportation
