Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) is responsible for supervising store employees, coaching them to perform their tasks effectively, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for guests. Key responsibilities include adhering to safety and store operations policies, managing cash processes, maintaining store housekeeping, addressing guest inquiries and complaints, and overseeing the execution of guest service programs. Candidates must be organized and able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to access all areas of the store
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs.
