Responsible for ensuring adherence to safety and store policies, coaching team members, managing cash processes, and providing a welcoming shopping experience. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and have reliable transportation. The role requires physical activity including lifting up to 25 lbs and availability for flexible scheduling including nights and weekends.
