Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) is responsible for supervising staff, ensuring job duties are performed correctly, coaching employees with constructive feedback, and providing an enjoyable shopping experience for guests. Key responsibilities include adhering to safety and operational policies, managing cash processes, maintaining store cleanliness, executing guest service programs, addressing inquiries and complaints, and checking in vendors. The role requires flexibility in working hours, organizational skills, and physical ability to perform various tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation
