Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) is responsible for supervising staff, coaching employees, and ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience for guests. Key responsibilities include adhering to safety and operational policies, operating POS systems, managing cash processes, addressing guest inquiries and complaints, and maintaining store cleanliness. Candidates must be efficient, organized, and able to perform physical tasks such as bending and lifting up to 25 lbs.
Required Qualifications
