Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) is responsible for supervising staff, ensuring employees perform duties as directed by management, and providing guests with an enjoyable shopping experience. Key responsibilities include coaching employees, managing safety and store operations, operating the point of sale, maintaining cash levels, completing store housekeeping tasks, executing guest service programs, and handling guest inquiries and complaints. The role requires a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, must be at least 18 years of age, and offers an hourly pay range from $13.38 to $16.59.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Availability to work flexible hours including day, nights, weekends and/or holidays
