Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising staff, ensuring adherence to safety and operational policies, and providing a pleasant shopping experience for customers. Key duties include coaching employees, maintaining store cleanliness, overseeing cash processes, addressing guest inquiries, and ensuring the execution of guest service programs. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be organized and efficient.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs.
