Job Summary
Supervise employees to ensure performance aligns with management directives, providing coaching and feedback. Greet guests to create an enjoyable shopping atmosphere and oversee adherence to safety and operational policies. Responsibilities include cash handling, store housekeeping, replenishing stock, addressing guest inquiries, and vendor check-in. This position requires flexibility in scheduling and the ability to perform physical tasks within the store environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for position
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- Must be efficient and organized
- Must be available to work flexible hours that may include day, nights, weekends and or holidays
