Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising staff and managing work processes to meet store objectives. Key responsibilities include coaching employees, ensuring excellent guest service, adhering to store policies, managing cash processes, performing store housekeeping, and addressing guest inquiries and complaints. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to work flexible hours. The role requires physical fitness for store activities and reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to access all areas of the store
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must have reliable transportation

- Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be efficient and organized
