Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising staff and organizing work processes, ensuring compliance with management’s objectives. Key responsibilities include coaching employees, providing a welcoming shopping experience, operating point of sale systems, ensuring store housekeeping duties are completed, and managing cash processes. Candidates must be flexible to work various hours, including nights and weekends, and must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift.
- Reliable transportation.
