Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) will supervise staff to ensure adherence to store policies and maintain excellent guest service standards. Responsibilities include coaching employees, ensuring cleanliness and safety in the store, operating point of sale systems, managing cash processes, and addressing customer inquiries. The role requires a flexible schedule, organizational skills, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift
- Must have reliable transportation
- Efficient and organized
