Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising staff, ensuring job duties are performed, coaching employees, and providing a high-quality shopping experience for guests. Key tasks include managing cash processes, executing safety and security protocols, conducting store housekeeping, addressing guest inquiries and complaints, and replenishing stock. This role requires efficient organization, reliability, and availability for flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must have reliable transportation

- Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and/or holidays
