Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising employees to ensure compliance with job duties and management directives, coaching staff, greeting guests, and providing an enjoyable shopping experience. Key responsibilities include overseeing cash processes, maintaining store cleanliness, and executing guest service programs, while ensuring safety and operational policies are adhered to. Candidates must be efficient, organized, and able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs.
